## STONE FACADE SIDING BY CERTAINTEED

[CertainTeed](https://www.berkeleyexteriors.com/siding/certainteed-siding)'s STONEfacade siding is made with pieces of stone attached to panels that offer the look of natural stone without the expensive and time-consuming installation, weight and inherent problems with mortar. This siding product is made with a patented fully-integrated rainscreen that keeps moisture from getting behind the siding and compromising its integrity.

## DURABILITY

STONEfacade siding by CertainTeed is designed to last for decades. The company is so sure of this that they offer a 20-year limited, transferable warranty.

## CURB APPEAL

Stone veneer siding gives your the rich look of natural stone at a fraction of the price of real stone. Because it weighs so much less than whole stones, stone veneer can be used in places that whole stones cannot because of their weight. CertainTeed's STONEfacade siding comes in four color palettes. Each palette features subtle tone variations, just like you'd find with natural stone.

## LOW MAINTENANCE

STONEfacade siding requires very little maintenance to look beautiful for decades. All you need to do is periodically rinse it lightly with your garden hose to remove any debris that might have accumulated in the crevices.
